Consistency

The Same Paver Standards in Every Community We Serve

Installation standards do not change between Venice and Parrish. Site conditions do. Coastal lots behave differently than inland ones, and established neighborhoods bring different access problems than new developments. Those differences shape how your project gets evaluated without changing the standard it gets built to.

Permitting across both counties is handled as part of project management. Your property gets evaluated individually, so site-specific factors get addressed while the standards stay fixed.

Not sure whether your address is inside the coverage area? Send it. If your property is outside what we can serve well, you will hear that instead of a stretched yes.

FAQ

Paver Service Area Questions, Answered

Coverage, permitting, and how far the crew actually goes.

Do you work outside Sarasota County and Manatee County?

Yes. Those two counties hold most of the work, but the line on a map is not where the truck stops. Englewood is the clearest example, because the community itself sits partly in Sarasota County and partly in Charlotte County, and there is finished commercial paver work further south in Port Charlotte. Send your address and you will get a straight answer instead of a maybe.

How far from Venice will you travel for a paver job?

The shop is at 124 Seaboard Ave in Venice, and the nine cities on this page are the regular route. Bradenton and Parrish sit at the far end of it, roughly 40 miles up I-75. Past that, the size of your project starts to matter as much as the distance, so call and describe what you are planning rather than guessing from a map.

Do you work in gated and deed-restricted communities?

Regularly. The Oaks Club, Rivendell, and Bay Oaks Estates around Osprey, and newer communities including Wellen Park, Gran Paradiso, IslandWalk, North River Ranch, and Silverleaf. Deed-restricted communities normally require written architectural approval before anything gets torn out, and that approval runs on the association calendar rather than yours, so it is worth starting early. Paver permits and HOA rules in Sarasota County covers what a submittal usually asks for.

My mail says Venice but I live in Wellen Park. Who permits the job?

Most of Wellen Park sits inside the City of North Port limits, so the permit goes through North Port even though your mailing address reads Venice. The City of Venice runs its own building department for addresses actually inside city limits, and Sarasota County handles the unincorporated areas. Which one applies to your property gets sorted during the site evaluation, so you do not need to work it out first.

Do you work out on the keys?

Yes. Siesta Key and Casey Key in Sarasota County, Manasota Key off Englewood, and Venice Island, which is reached by bridge rather than being a true island. Access and staging get settled during the site evaluation, since a narrow key lot changes where material can sit more than it changes how your surface gets built.

Do you take commercial work everywhere you serve?

Yes. Homeowners and businesses across the same coverage area, including association common areas, storefront entrances, walkways, curbing, and parking surfaces. Commercial paver work gets phased around your operating hours so the property stays open while it happens.

How quickly can someone get out to my address?

Requests get a response within one business day. Evaluations in the closer cities usually land on the calendar within a few days, and the far end of the route can take a little longer. Your estimate follows the on-site evaluation rather than a phone call, because nobody can price a surface they have not stood on.
